Adam Maher would consider a return to AZ when his current loan spell ends but admits he has an important choice ahead of him.
The 23-year-old midfielder has spent the season in the Turkish Super Lig with Osmanlispor, playing a prominent role in the club's campaign.
With his deal set to end in a few weeks, the Moroccan-born Dutch international, who is currently a PSV player, will want to make the correct decision when choosing his next move.
Maher joined PSV from AZ in 2013 but was shipped out on loan by manager Phillip Cocu, following three indifferent seasons.
When asked about his plans by an AZ fanpage, he said: "Of course, AZ is a club in my heart. I grew up there, but I just need to think carefully about the next step.”
Reflecting on his time in Turkey, the player added: "Osmanlispor permanently is also an option, “Here I play now they want to keep me, for that matter, it is wait and see.”
