In order to reach the standards set by Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has vowed to be more selfish.
According to Sky Sports, teammate Cesc Fabregas has been trying to convince the Belgian to take more chances instead of looking for the pass.
"He [Fabregas] is not the only one to that to me. A lot of people say to me 'you need to be more selfish'," Hazard said.
"But when I'm on the pitch, sometimes I prefer to pass the ball. I sometimes want the other one to shine, not me.
"If I can go alone, I will go alone. No worries. If I pass, the pass is better than to go alone. It's simple," said Hazard.
