Former Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has revealed that he is ready to return to management after losing his job earlier this season.
The Italian was sacked nine months after leading the Foxes to an astonishing Premier League title win, and has now stated that he's willing to take on a new challenge.
"I am ready," he told BT Sport, and when asked whether he would take another job in England, Ranieri said: "Why not? I am a European manager. Where there is a good project, I am ready."
Ranieri also revealed more of his management philosophy after watching his former team draw 1-1 with Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals, resulting in their exit with a 2-1 aggregate score.
"I built Leicester to be like Atletico Madrid. They are an Italian team, not a Spanish team," he added.
"I was so pleased to watch the players do what I taught them. It was important to see them continue to play in the same way."
