Nice coach Lucien Favre says he intends to stay at the club and continue to build on the club's positive season in Ligue 1.
Nice stormed to the top of of the early-season standings before slipping to their current position of third with 67 points, a point behind PSG and four adrift of leaders Monaco.
Favre, whose side play LOSC on Friday night was reported on the official Ligue 1 site as playing down reports of his imminent departure.
He said: "They're just rumours. It seems to me that I've always done several seasons at every club I've been at: four years at Echallens, four years at Yverdon, more than two years in Berlin and nearly five years at Moenchengladbach. The numbers speak for themselves!"
Les Aiglons set a club record by picking up 67 points, with Favre adding: "It's good to have established that record but we're not thinking too much about it.
"It now belongs to the past. We want to win every game. We know that's not always possible but we prepare in order to win."
He concluded: "They're a good team with good players. They invested this winter in the future and they'll of course get back towards the top of the table."
