Manchester United defender Luke Shaw insists that he is willing to earn his place in the team after recent criticism from Jose Mourinho.
The full-back needs to get his career back on track after a long time out injured, and Mourinho recently said he is "a long way behind" the other players, before also telling him he need to "change his football brain".
But despite the criticism from his coach, Shaw insists that he is "loving it" at Old Trafford, and is determined to find a place in the team.
"Obviously with the stuff that has been going on it is hard for me to take because deep down that is not me as a person," he said.
"But I am keeping my head up and I am going to fight to the last. I am not going to give up. I love this club and I will give everything to be here.
"Like Jose said, he wants to see me fighting – and I will fight to the last second because I want to be here for the club.
"I want to play for the manager and I want to help this team get back to the top."
