Team form and manager quotes:

The Bavarians are unbeaten in their last 19 games across all competitions and are on a six-game winning streak. Over those last six games, they have scored a staggering 23 goals and conceded only two.

In the Bundesliga, manager Carlo Ancelotti's charges have won 12 of their last 14 fixtures, which has seen them extend their lead at the top of the standings to 13 points.

Meanwhile, Augsburg are looking for their first win since the end of February. They have drawn two and lost one of their last three Bundesliga games, falling to 14th position in the standings as a result.

Augsburg are only two points above the relegation zone, and manager Manuel Baum wants his team to fight for whatever they can get from the game in Munich.

"We are going to play this game almost like a cup game. We want to fight," Baum said ahead of the game, according to BR Sport.

Team news:

Bayern will be missing three key players for the clash. Xabi Alonso and Javi Martínez are suspended for one game, while goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is expected to miss two games with a foot injury.

Augsburg have four players sidelined for the tie, with Raphael Framberger, Daniel Baier, Jan-Ingwer Callsen-Bracker, and Jeffrey Gouweleeuw out injured, while Ja-Cheol Koo is suspended.
