The Bundesliga big boys will play two matches in Singapore in July as part of their 2017-18 pre-season tour.
Bayern Munich will be in Singapore as part of their preparations for next season during which time they will play Premier League Chelsea and Serie A side Inter Milan, the German giants have confirmed.
Bayern Munich will travel to China first where they will face off against Arsenal and AC Milan before arriving in Singapore as part of the International Champions Cup – a pre-season tournament of friendly matches between the biggest teams in Europe.
Robert Lewandowski and companny will meet Antonio Conte’s side on July 25 at the National Stadium in a repeat of the 2012 Champions League final. Carlo Ancelotti’s side then wrap up their Asia tour 48 hours days later with a game against Italian side Inter Milan before returning to Germany for the new season.

The games are part of the club’s effort to build their appeal in Asia, Bayern have played in China on two other occasions in 2012 and 2015. Joerg Wacker, Bayern Munich’s head of internationalisation and strategy, told the club’s website, “It’s a very important part of our international brand strategy and supports our goal to further expand the FC Bayern Munich brand globally.”
The Bundesliga champions are said to have around 135 million fans in China and South-East Asia.
