Tuesday’s DFB-Pokal round-up

Eintracht Frankfurt booked their place in the DFB-Pokal semi-finals on Tuesday, while Borussia Dortmund's clash with Sportfreunde Lotte was postponed.

Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt edged out second-tier side Arminia Bielefeld 1-0 at the Commerzbank-Arena to march on to the last four of the competition.

Danny Blum's sixth-minute goal was all that separated the two teams on the night as Niko Kovac's side kept alive their hopes of lifting the trophy for the first time since 1988.

Meanwhile, BVB Dortmund were made to wait for their chance to progress in the German Cup after their quarter-final tie with third-tier Sportfreunde Lotte was called off due to an unplayable pitch.
