Jordan Henderson will play no part in Liverpool's Premier League clash with Leicester on Monday night after he picked up a badly-bruised foot during training.
Perhaps most concerning for Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is that the midfielder may also be in doubt for the Premier League encounter with Arsenal at Anfield on Saturday.
Henderson sustained the knock in training on Friday, although he sustained no bones in his foot after scans were carried out.

The Guardian confirmed the injury blow to the 26-year-old ahead of the crucial outing against the Foxes, stating: "Henderson took a kick to the foot at Melwood and, though scans have confirmed he has not suffered a fracture, it is severely bruised.
"The midfielder is not expected to be sidelined for the long term but is rated doubtful for Saturday's Premier League game against Arsenal, a significant game for both clubs in their pursuit of Champions League qualification."
