RB Leipzig central defender Willi Orban believes that coach Ralph Hasenhuttl is a major reason for the club's success, and that a good start to the season gave them confidence.
The Bulls have enjoyed a stellar first season in the Bundesliga and are in second spot behind leaders Bayern Munich, but are eight points clear of Borussia Dortmund in third place.
As it stands, the outfit from Saxony are odds on to at least qualify for next season's Champions League campaign – a feat never before achieved in the club's history.
As such, Orban has pointed at some reasons for the side's recipe for success. He told the Bundesliga's official website: "I think our coach is a very pleasant person. He makes it great fun to work with him every day.
"He always manages to balance the fine details and objective criticism with a certain composure. There's always a hint of humour and you can feel his work's a pleasure to him. This positive energy seeps through to everyone.
"I think the start of the season was very important, especially for me personally. We realised very quickly that we were not only able to compete, but to win. Especially that first home game – our very first in the Bundesliga – against Borussia Dortmund (a 1-0 win). This gave us a lot of confidence."
“My shot was good. You know, I'm hitting good all week,” Yang said. “Tomorrow again I'll, you know, finish third round. I'll try to do just one shot at time, hole by hole.”
