Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain says he has justified his 90million euro move from Napoli in the off season as his impressive form continues with the Italian giants.
Massimo Allegri's side are currently on course for their sixth consecutive Scudetto, with Higuian topping the scoring charts with 19 goals to his name.
With the domestic results favouring the Serie A champions, the Argentine says the main reason he decided to move to Turin was his desire to compete for the Champions League title.
"Playing with the best players makes you improve, it's logical. Whoever you are, you can always learn," he told La Sampa.
"I know I made the right choice, I don't feel any pressure. In fact, it's a privilege for me to think that they bought me while thinking about winning in Europe. We can win the Champions League, but we have to be calm.
"I'm 29 now and I've reached a point of mental tranquility. I'm playing for a team which will challenge for the Champions League, and I've found a beautiful city."
The Bianconeri face Portuguese giants FC Porto in the last-16 round of the competition on Wednesday.
