Zlatan Ibrahimovic admits he has fulfilled his end of the bargain to extend his stay at Manchester United, although he still waiting on a new deal.
The 35-year-old striker is enjoying an outstanding debut season in the Premier League, having scored 15 goals in 24 matches for the Red Devils.
That tally puts him just two goals shy of Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, who leads the scoring charts, and United boss Jose Mourinho claimed on Friday he expected Ibrahimovic to still be a part of his squad for the 2017/18 campaign.
The Swedish star, though, was keeping his cards close to his chest as always, and when asked if he had triggered the clause in his one-year contract, he replied: "Something like that. I have to score 100 goals!
"The option is already fulfilled. But there's nothing done yet. From my side, we'll wait and see. Let's see what happens."
