Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that neither Wayne Rooney nor Ashley Young will leave the club before the end of the season.
The two Englishmen have been linked with moves to the Chinese Super League, and even as Mourinho insisted that Rooney won't move, he still left the door open for Young's departure.
"We don't have players in, we don't have players out," the Portuguese tactician insisted.
"We lost two players from the squad and you can say Memphis [Depay] and [Morgan] Schneiderlin didn't play a lot but the reality is that they played some matches and when they played other people didn't – they rested.
"So we lose players and it looks like it isn't important because they aren't first-class players, but in the end they are important.
"So our situation is difficult – we lost two players, we can't do more.In our case, we are more focused on the summer period. I like my players, so nothing for me. I know what I want."
