Barcelona have been selected to play Atletico Madrid in the semi-final of Copa del Rey after the draw for the final four of the competition was made on Friday.
In the second semi-final, Celta Vigo will face Alaves although the Barca and Madrid contest will be the more highly anticipated fixture in Spanish football circles.
The first legs are scheduled to take place on 1 February with the second legs to take place a week later on 8 February. Matches may be scheduled a day earlier or later to fit in with television broadcasting purposes.
Barcelona secured their place in the semi-finals with a 6-2 dismantling of Real Sociedad while Atletico saw off Eibar with a 5-2 victory over the course of two legs.
The Blaugrana are chasing their third consecutive Copa del Rey title and 29th overall, while Atletico have won the competition 10 times.
Meanwhile, Celta Vigo have collected three trophies while Alaves are yet to taste victory in one of Spanish football's most significant national cup tournaments.
