Crystal Palace have reportedly agreed a deal that will see Robbie Brady join the club for nine nillion pounds from Norwich City in the English Championship.
The Guardian reports that the Republic of Ireland star will sign for Palace from the Canaries and will add strength to Sam Allardyce's struggling defence in London.
Patrick van Aanholt from Sunderland had earlier been said to be on the Eagles' radar but it seems that interest has now cooled and the relegation-threatened outfit have brought in Brady instead.
Strong reports initial £9m fee agreed for Palace to sign Brady. Deal COULD reach £12m – but initial £9m seems far too cheap to me. #ncfc

The deal could rise to 12 million pounds with add-ons and appearance fees but the fear for Ireland fans is that the versatile left-sided star could potentially end up back in the second tier next season.
Allardyce's initial impact at Selhurst Park has been disappointing since he replaced Alan Pardew. Palace have dropped into the relegation places and the former England manager is yet to win during his time in charge.
