Nantes manager Sergio Conceicao has restated the importance for his side to remain focused on survival, while not paying attention to the Lique 1 standings.
Conceiçao was delighted that his charges pulled off a 1-0 win over SM Caen to record their fourth consecutive victory under his guidance.
However, he doesn't want his players to become too comfortable, and is determined to keep them working hard right to the end of the season.
"We're all happy with the work the players do every day with us, the staff. When you work seriously, you have a lot of faith in the work everyone does and the players too, and I think that's the secret to winning matches," Conceiçao told the press after the game.
"It's not important to look at the table now, who is ahead and who is behind. I think what is important now is to work and to believe in work and to have conviction in the path you want to take. We're not going to change because of the table.
"What's important is to achieve our goal of staying in Ligue 1 come the end of the season."
