Antalyaspor forward Samuel Eto'o says he will need to speak to his wife regarding a proposed move to Marseille, while also stating he is too old to play for Cameroon.
The four-time African Player of the Year has been linked with a move to Rudi Garcia's side, but the former Barcelona and Inter Milan man says he will need to discuss the move with his partner before any decision gets made.
"We'll see.I can't say no, but I should ask my wife. She's the boss," he told Telefoot.
Eto, who is Cameroon's all-time top goalscorer having netted 56 goals in 118 appearances, ruled out a return for The Indomitable Lions.
"I'm a little old for [Cameroon]. A young generation plays now, it's over for me," he added.
"I played 17 years in this great team. It was difficult to finish, but we had the opportunity to do something incredible."
