Winger Serge Gnabry marked his international debut with a hat-trick in Germany's 8-0 mauling of San Marino and the Werder Bremen man is eager to keep the good times rolling.
The former Arsenal man opened his account in the ninth minute, bagged his second in the 58th minute and completed his hat-trick in the 76th minute, adding to strikes by Sami Khedira, a Jonas Hector hector brace, Kevin Volland and an Mattia Stefanelli own-goal in their World Cup qualifying encounter.
The 21-year-old becomes the first debutant to net three goals since Dieter Muller in 1976 and the Bremen man says he is looking to get back into consistent form, following a stagnant period in his career.
"I did not count on scoring three goals on my debut," he said in post-match comments.
"I am very happy. The last two years were difficult but now I am playing many games and am in scoring form.
"I hope it will continue," he concluded.
