Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam claims the impressive form and discipline Victor Moses has displayed this season has shocked him.
Moses, once one of the mot promising forwards in England after graduating from Crystal Palace academy as a 15-year-old, looked to be heading for a career of mediocity after a few less than impressive campaigns in the Premier League.
After joining Chelsea, the Nigeria international has been sent out on loan on three separate occasions and spent time at the Potters the season Adam arrived at the Britannia.
However, under new head coach Antonio Conte, Moses has been reborn as a right sided wing-back in a 3-4-3 system, with Adam shocked by his consistency and work-rate.
"Moses is playing at right wing-back. You'd never have thought of that two years ago, but all of a sudden he seems to be a mainstay in the team," the Scottish midfielder told BBC Football.
"At times in the games (at Stoke) he'd be unbelievable, but at times you'd think you were playing with 10 men."
