Striker Edin Dzeko has lavished praise on Roma stalwart Francesco Totti, saying the striker is one of the world's greatest players of all time.
Dzeko, 30, initially joined the Giallorossi on a season-long loan in August 2015, but saw his move made permanent roughly six weeks later after the Serie A club triggered the €11 million option in his deal.
And, having spent just over a year in Rome, Dzeko has been hugely impressed by the 40-year-old Totti.
"For me, Totti is one of the best five players in the world ever," he told Sky Sports. "To have the chance to play with him and get the ball from him is incredible.
"I remember when I was growing up the Italian league was probably the best in the world, and I watched him and now I have the chance to play with him.
"When you see him in and around the training ground and in the dressing room, you wouldn't know it was Totti. That's what makes him such a great player and a legend."
Dzeko also had words of praise for former Manchester City team-mate Joe Hart, who is currently on loan at another Serie A side in the shape of Torino.
He added: "Hart is definitely the best goalkeeper I have played with. I played with him for four-and-a-half years at Man City and he saved us so many times.
"The two titles we won at City were definitely because of him as he made so many fantastic saves. He was also always there for the team. If things went wrong he was always there being positive and shouting at us from behind."
