Manchester City have announced their fourth transfer deadline departure with Eliaquim Mangala moving to La Liga outfit Valencia a season-long on loan deal.
Mangala, who joined the Citizens from Porto for £42m in 2014, has fallen out of favor at the Etihad in recent months after some indifferent form at the club and leaves until the end of the 2016/17 campaign.
His inability to fit into Pe Guardiola's fluid passing style of play has now seen him shipped out to the Spanish Primera Division.
"Everyone at City would like to wish Eliaquim the best of luck at Valencia," read a statment on the club's website.
The France international, who did not feature in any of the Sky Blues fixtures this season so far, played a total of 64 games in his two seasons with the club.
