Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed the signing of midfielder Marko Rog on a season-long loan from Croatian outfit Dinamo Zagreb.
De Laurentiis took to social media platform Twitter to confirm the news, revealing the 21-year-old had successfully completed a medical in Naples.
"After passing the medical examination, we can finally announce the acquisition of another great player for Napoli," De Laurentiis wrote.
"A purchase that enriches a midfield into one of the most complete possible, which will give the skilful hand of [coach Maurizio] Sarri chance to use multiple forms, from a midfield three to a midfield two depending on the teams in Italy and Europe.
"Welcome to Napoli, Rog."
Rog joined Dinamo Zagreb from RNK Split in 2015 for a fee believed to be worth around £4m, and went on to make 62 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals in the process.
He has been capped four times by Croatia's senior team, having made his international debut as a second-half substitute against Argentina in November 2014.
