PSV Eindhoven have announced the signing of promising midfielder Bart Ramselaar on a five-year deal from Eredivisie rivals Utrecht.
The 20-year-old is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Dutch football, having risen through the Netherlands youth ranks over the last two years.
Ramselaar was ever-present for Utrecht last term, bagging six goals in 41 appearances last term.
And he will continue his development at PSV, after a reported fee of 4.7 million euros was agreed by the two clubs in question.
Speaking to PSV TV, upon his unveiling, Ramselaar said: "It may have taken a while, but I am very glad to be a PSV player now.
"PSV are a great club. I will give everything I have and I think it is a great step in my career. I am only twenty years old and after having spent a wonderful time with FC Utrecht, this is the perfect next step in my career.
"I think I have a good chance to develop myself here, in the trainings sessions as well as in the upcoming matches."
