Manchester United have been linked with a surprise move for Galatasaray winger Bruma, while Oscar’s days at Chelsea are apparently numbered.
Julian Draxler to Arsenal
Wolfsburg star Julian Draxler has been linked with a move to long-term admirers Arsenal after revealing he wants to leave the Bundesliga side.
Draxler was heavily linked with a move to the Gunners while at Schalke and showed glimpses of his quality for Germany at Euro 2016.

He told Bild: “I want to leave Wolfsburg. The coach knows for more than three weeks.
“Two days after the semi-final at the European Championships I told him how I see the whole situation and what I want – which is to leave the club.
“It was always clear between all parties that I would like to go to a top international club if the opportunity arises.”
Rumour ratings: 3/10. Draxler’s quotes suggest a big club is interested but it would be a big surprise were it Arsenal – who have passed up the chance to sign the attacking midfielder in the past and need a striker and a centre-back much more.
Bruma to Manchester United
Manchester United and PSV Eindhoven have been linked with a move for Galatasaray winger Bruma, but the Turkish outfit are determined to keep hold of the 21-year-old.
Bruma has impressed in pre-season and caught they eye against the Red Devils with his sixth goal in five games, before sparking speculation that United could make a £25million bid after revealing he was praised by Jose Mourinho following the match in Sweden.
“He congratulated me for the performance and said he was impressed with me,” Bruma said. “He promised to closely monitor my work and said I could play for the national team soon.
“Of course it was amazing to hear this from Mourinho and he said he will keep an eye on how I do this season.”

However, Galatasaray have promised the Portugal international an important role next season and it has been suggested the club could then cash in on the player next year.
Rumour rating: 2/10. Mourinho may have complimented Bruma, but his priorities remain elsewhere – namely in a certain Paul Pogba, while a centre-back is also understood to be wanted.
Oscar to Inter Milan
New Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has been left unimpressed by Oscar and is ready to allow the Brazilian to join Inter Milan.
Conte has previously said that he wants to transform Chelsea into a “war machine” after their lacklustre attempt at defending their Premier League crown last term and reports suggest the Italian has decided Oscar’s work rate isn’t of the required standard.
Juventus have been previously linked with a move for the attacking midfielder, but Inter Milan appear to be the leading contender to win the race for his signature and a £30million move has been mooted.

The 24-year-old endured an injury-disrupted campaign last time out but would add some craft to an Inter side which struggled for goals last season.
Rumour rating: 6/10. While there are doubts whether Oscar – who has grown somewhat stale at Stamford Bridge – would fit into Conte’s plans, such a move may depend on Chelsea’s ability to first land another midfielder before allowing the Brazilian to leave.
Jese Rodriguez to Paris Saint-Germain
Reports in France suggest Real Madrid have agreed to sell Jese Rodriguez to Paris Saint-Germain after a fee of €25million was agreed between the two clubs.
Jese has been consistently linked with a move away from the Bernabeu due to the wealth of competition at the Spanish giants.
And the 23-year-old could now be on his way to the French champions, although he will still face a battle to break into the starting XI ahead of the likes of Angel Di Maria, Hatem Ben Arfa, Lucas Moura and Javier Pastore.

Over the weekend Real boss Zinedine Zidane confirmed Jese was in talks with the Parisiens, while PSG manager Unai Emery said: “It’s a possibility, as are other opportunities in the transfer window. I know Jese well, the club knows Jese well, he is a good player.”
Rumour rating: 8/10. Well-placed sources suggest a deal could be announced imminently, and while the winger faces a daunting task to break into the PSG team, it will be a much less thankless task then ousting one of Cristiano Ronaldo or Gareth Bale.
