The opening of Valencia's first foreign office follows the appointment of Peter Draper as the club's new commercial and marketing director.
Singapore has become a popular venue for foreign football clubs, with defending English Premier League champions Chelsea, Liverpool and German giants Borussia Dortmund all opening new offices there recently.
Valencia is owned by Singaporean businessman Peter Lim and appointed Chan Lay Hoon as its executive president earlier this month.
"The fans in Asia and especially Singapore, love football and with our owner being a Singaporean, common sense was to set up the office here in Singapore," Draper told The Straits Times.
"Last season was great for the club under the new Asian ownership and it is fair to say we got a lot of attention from the around the world so we want to build on that and expand further."
Draper added that Valencia are looking to play a match in Singapore in 2016 as part of their pre-season, but to date nothing has been confirmed yet.
