Arsenal have completed the signing of Bolton Wanderers defender Rob Holding on long-term contract.
The length of the deal has not been revealed by the club, but the fee is reported to be in the region of £2 million for the League One defender.
Holding, who is described as a classy ball-playing central defender, enjoyed a stellar debut campaign in professional football, winning the Trotters' Player of the Year award last season and featuring 26 times in the Championship.
"It's something you dream of as a kid," he told the club's official website.
Holding played alongside fellow Gunners defender Calum Chambers this summer, leading the England Under-21s to victory in the Toulon tournament in France.
