LeBron tells Liverpool he’s available

Liverpool head to the United States for a pre-season tour later this month, and one of the club’s top fans – and the world of sport’s biggest names – has offered his services.

LeBron James is one of the Reds’ many celebrity fans, and even has a minority ownership stake in the club as part of his relationship with the Fenway Sports Group, who own the Anfield outfit.

The Cleveland Cavaliers ace is looking forward to seeing Jurgen Klopp’s side run out on American soil during the upcoming International Champions Cup. So excited is James that he jokingly offered his services to Klopp…

At 6ft 8in and 250lbs, we’re confident James could have an impact (can you say ‘target man’?).

While James will have to watch on from the sidelines, he certainly would be welcomed into the fold by the Reds team, with defender Dejan Lovren – who like James wears the number six shirt – happily offering to swap numbers to accommodate the legend.

If Lebron wants the number I dont mind, he is the king ????????
