Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta has ruled out a move for Alexis Sanchez, saying that Arsenal have no desire to discuss his sale.
The Serie A champions have been linked with the Chile international as they look to reinforce a squad capable of challenging for Champions League honours next season.
Sanchez helped the Gunners edge out fierce north London rivals Tottenham to clinch the runners-up spot in the Premier League last season with his 13 goals from 30 appearances.
The 27-year-old forward then won the Copa America Centenario with La Roja, who retained their crown after also triumphing in 2015.
Marotta confirmed that Juve are interested in signing the former Barcelona star as a replacement for Alvaro Morata – who has rejoined Real Madrid – but revealed that Arsene Wenger wants to keep Sanchez.
"Sanchez is a great player, but Arsenal told us they have no intention of selling," Marotta told El Mercurio.
"Arsenal said that the Chilean attacker is non-transferable and that he is not on the market."
