Son completes Spurs move

Tottenham have completed the signing of South Korean forward Heung-Min Son on a five-year contract from Leverkusen.

The 23-year-old has spent the last five seasons in Germany with Hamburger SV and Leverkusen, making over 100 Bundesliga appearances and notching 11 goals in 44 caps for South Korea.

"I'm a player who really loves football," he said. "I learned the game under my father who was a football coach in my school. I'm looking forward to going there and performing for the Spurs fans as soon as possible."

"I've trained with both feet so I can use them freely. Bold and daring " this is how I like to try to play."

Son, who will wear the number seven on his shirt, is the fifth new arrival at White Hart Lane this transfer window after Kevin Wimmer, Kieran Tripper, Toby Alderweireld and Clinton Njie.
