Andrej Kramaric is not expected to feature in Leicester’s title defence next season as he prepares to make a permanent switch to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
The Croatia international made just two substitutes appearances for the Foxes during their Premier League winning campaign before he joined achtzehn99 on a 12-month loan.
Kramaric, whose five goals helped the Sinsheim outfit narrowly avoid relegation from the Bundesliga, is set to continue his career in Germany rather than return to England.
Julian Nagelsmann’s side have first refusal on the 24-year-old striker and are hoping to thrash out a permanent deal before he departs for Euro 2016.
Kramaric struggled for form in his debut season at the King Power Stadium, finding the back of the net only three times in 15 appearances across all competitions before the arrival of Claudio Ranieri.
