The agent of Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has confirmed he is currently in negotiations with Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini over potential transfer for his client.
Toure, 33, has one year remaining on his contract with the Citizens, who have given no indication over whether they wish to retain his services.
And, with former Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola poised to take up the reins at the Etihad in the off-season, the Ivory Coast international appears to be on the way out, if his agent's comments are anything to go by.
"It's true, we're talking with Mancini," Toure's representative, Dimitri Seluk, told calciomercato.it.
"We're looking for a solution with Manchester City, who want to sell Yaya Toure only up front, not on loan.
"I can't say if there are other teams interested. He has a contract, but nothing special. Inter? It's a good club."
Toure was signed by former City manager Roberto Mancini in 2010, and the Italian is keen to be reunited with the midfielder in Italy.
The four-time African Footballer of the Year made 32 appearances in the Premier League this term, scoring six times and providing five assists.
