The agent of Bayern München defender Medhi Benatia insists his client is staying at the Bavarian giants, amidst rumours linking the Morocco international with a return to Roma.
The 29-year-old has been used sparingly by manager Pep Guardiola this term, making just 21 appearances in all competitions, despite the long-term absence of the injured Holger Badstuber.
However, with Badstuber closing in on a return to the first team ahead of the season and Mats Hummels set to return to Bayern ahead of the 2017/17 Bundesliga campaign, the rumour mill has gone into overdrive.
Reports suggested Benatia could look to leave the Allianz Arena in search of regular first-team football, and his future at the German champions was thrown into further doubt after Roma's sporting director, Walter Sabatini, claimed he had discussed a potential return to the Giallorossi with the talented centre-back.
Benatia's agent, Moussa Sissoko, has moved to rubbish Sabatini's claims, though, claiming there has been no contact with Roma.
"We've got a meeting arranged to talk with Bayern next week," Sissoko told LaRoma24. "There's not been anything with Roma – he's staying at Bayern."
When asked to comment on the claims made by Sabatini, Sissoko added that it was "absolutely not true".
