Few Premier League managers divide opinion to the extent that Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez does.
Adored at Valencia, loved in Liverpool, detested at Inter Milan, humiliated at Chelsea and shamed at Real Madrid, Benitez certainly doesn’t evoke a half-hearted emotional response.
Whether or not he is able to keep the Magpies in the Premier League – to be frank, he has been handed a bit of a lemon – the Newcastle fans seem to have really taken to the Spaniard.
During Tuesday’s Premier League encounter against Manchester City at St James’ Park – which ended 1-1 – son of Magpies captain Moussa Sissoko was seen taking a seat on the Newcastle bench, in what is presumed to be Benitez’s spot.

Unaware of the situation, Benitez turns back to the stand from his position on the touchline, and spots little Sissoko there.
Calm as you like, the Toon boss hands the boy a pen and paper and proceeds to ask him for an autograph…
