Agent Mino Raiola has revealed that Henrikh Mkhitaryan would be open to parting ways with Borussia Dortmund should the Bundesliga outfit be willing to sell him.
The attacking midfielder has been in inspiring form under Thomas Tuchel scoring 20 goals in all competitions – which has attracted interest from Juventus and various Premier League sides but Raiola concedes his Armenian client would love to play for the Serie A champions.
“Mkhitaryan? I know that [Massimiliano] Allegri likes him,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport. “And Micky would happily wear the Bianconeri shirt, but he needs to make a deal with [Thomas] Tuchel.”
“It’s true that his contract expires in 2017, but the Dortmund coach deems him indispensable.”
Mkhitaryan has scored 38 goals and registered 41 assists in 131 matches for Die Borussen since his €27.5 million transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2013.
