Mobara, who has already spent time at the Amsterdam ArenA in the past, impressed for the Capetonians in midfield and defence since breaking into the first-team set-up.
The 22-year-old was also an integral part of the Amaglug-glug squad that qualified for the Rio 2016 Olympics by coming third in the AFCON youth Championship earlier this year.
Forward Morris, 21, earned rave reviews from technical staff and local media prior to a serious knee injury he suffered last year.
Despite their age, the duo are relatively experienced within the Ajax first team, with 136 appearances between them.
