Brazil captain Neymar is relishing the opportunity to face Barcelona teammate Luis Suarez when Brazil take on Uruguay in Friday's World Cup Qualifier at Arena Pernambuco Recife.
Suarez and Neymar have been outstanding for Barcelona this season, scoring over Sixty goals in La Liga as members of the deadly MSN combination with Argentina international Lionel Messi.
However, with the return of Suarez to international football after a 20-month ban, the duo will face off in the World Cup Qualification third-round clash, and the 24-year-old is excited to compete against his good friend.
"We were talking by message we would miss each other during the pre-match," Neymar said at a news conference.
"We would always be together. We have a great friendship along with Messi.
"Besides the good relationship on the field, we also have a relationship off the field and this I think is the most important.
"And on the field the things flow, because one always wants to help other, always wants the other to score and it's beautiful for our team.
"I think it will be a great game, an amazing show for those who enjoy to watch football. And I will face my friend Suarez, who is a great player. I hope to win."
