Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is confident their 3-1 win over Bologna at Juventus Stadium is the first step in their return to the top of the table.
The Bianconeri have been struggling in Serie A this season, but got their second win of the campaign with goals from Alvaro Morata, Paulo Dybala and Sami Khedira after Bologna took the lead early on through Anthony Mounier.
"After falling behind we created a great deal this evening," Allegri said. "After our last two league games, we needed to get back to winning ways and start climbing the table."
Despite finding themselves 12th in the domestic standings, the Old Lady have been doing well in the Champions League with wins over Manchester City and Sevilla so far, and Allegri is hoping to keep his team fit for both competitions.
"Now it's important for us to recharge the batteries, as the Champions League is an energy-sapping competition, and aim for consistency and stability on the pitch."
Juve take on Inter Milan at San Siro next Sunday, before facing German side Borussia Monchengladbach at home on Wednesday.
