Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Riechedly Bazoer insists he will remain at the club despite widespread interest in his services across Europe.
Since breaking into the first team at the Amsterdam Arena the 19-year old has been in outstanding form alongside Davy Klaasen in midfield, which has lead to enquiries from Manchester City, Chelsea and Barcelona.
However, the Netherlands international feels his development would be best served by staying at the Dutch giants for the time being.
"Thirty, forty and fifty million euros, but I do not understand. I have a contract until 2020 with Ajax," he told De Volskrant.
"I play football every week and am enjoying myself here immensely. So why are there these stories? I also think it is better that you go to a big foreign club if you've played twenty international matches and are the best in the league."
Bazoer has been in good form for de Godenzonen this season, scoring five goals and registering four assists in 34 appearances.
