Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri praised his players following a come from behind victory over Chievo Verona at Stadio San Paolo on Saturday.
Partenopei found themselves trailing early on during their Serie A clash against Verona through a Nicola Rigoni strike in just the second minute of the match.
However, Sarri's responded well and drew level four minutes later through Gonzalo Higuain before Vlad Chiriches put them ahead in the 38th minute and Jose Callejon sealed the points on the 70 minute mark.
Head coach Sarri was delighted with character his players showed by keeping their focus despite the early setback.
"To take a goal after two minutes at a time like this could be hard," Sarri told Sky Sports Italia. "But the boys have played as they know and they have reassembled. The team played a good match.
"He (Higuain) had a great game," he said. "Perhaps he was a bit angry, because he always wants to score, but to me that is okay."
The win put Napoli back on top of the Serie A table on goal difference, having played a game more than Juventus, who face Atlanta on Sunday.
