FC Seoul’s Brazilian forward Adriano is in fantastic form in the AFC Champions league having scored seven goals in two games so far in the tournament.
In Tuesday’s Group F action Adriano’s FC Seoul cruised past Sanfrecce Hiroshima of Japan 4-1, thanks to a second half hat-trick by Adriano.
Last Tuesday, FC Seoul thumped Buriram United 6-0 in their opening match in Group F of the Champions League, with the 28-year-old Adriano scoring four goals and assisting with another.
Thanks to the Brazilian’s red-hot goal scoring form his side sit on top of the Group F standings with six points from two games.
Some interesting AFC Champions League stats is that Adriano is the seventh player to score hat-tricks in two games and is only the second player to score back-to-back hat-tricks in the AFC Champions League.
Adriano joined FC Seoul in 2015 from South Korean side Daejeon Citizen, where he scored 34 goals in 49 games.
