Leicester will be looking to maintain their lead the top of the Premier League standings when they welcome Norwich to the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Claudio Ranieri’s side suffered just their third defeat of the league season as they went down 2-1 at Arsenal most recently to remain two points clear of the chasing pack.
That loss halted an impressive seven-game unbeaten run, which included three successive victories Manchester City, Liverpool and Stoke.
The Canaries, meanwhile, are seeking their first win in seven outings, although they will be buoyed by the 2-2 draw with West Ham last time out, which arrested a five-match losing streak.
Alex Neil’s team could be dragged into the relegation mire after this weekend’s action as they are currently in 17th place, level on 24 points with Newcastle directly below them.
In team news, Ranieri could be tempted to give Daniel Amartey his debut, with the midfielder having regained his match fitness following a January move from FC Copenhagen, who were on a winter break.
But defender Danny Simpson misses out through suspension following his red card at the Emirates Stadium, while full-back Jeff Schlupp has recovered from a hamstring injury, but his lacking match fitness.
Alex Tettey returns to contention for the visitors after sitting out the last two matches through suspension, having picked up 10 yellow cards this season.
Vadis Odjidja is also back in the fold after shaking off an ankle problem, but Andre Wisdom (knee) remains on the sidelines.
