Tottenham v Swansea

Tottenham will be looking for their sixth consecutive Premier League win when they welcome Swansea City to White Hart Lane Sunday.

Spurs last tasted defeat in the league back in the middle of January when they were beaten 1-0 by table-topping Leicester City.

They would have also been disappointed to have been knocked out of the FA Cup by Crystal Palace last weekend, but bounced back well in midweek with an emphatic 3-0 win over Serie A outfit Fiorentina to advance to the last-16 of the Europa League.

The north Londoners are currently second in the Premier League table, trailing the Foxes by a mere two points and could go top of the standings if results go their way this weekend.

However, the hosts may have to do it without one of their key players over the last two seasons after Harry Kane missed the clash against La Viola with a broken nose and is rated as a major doubt for the match against Swansea.

Mousa Dembele is also out for at last a couple of weeks with a groin strain forcing Mauricio Pochettino into a change in midfield.

The Swans have never beaten Spurs in the league and face an uphill battle at the Lane once again this weekend.

The Welsh club are languishing in 16th place, a mere three points above the relegation zone and are currently on a three-match winless run.

They will be hoping for a bit of magic from striker Andre Ayew and former Tottenham man Gylfi Sigurdsson to help them spring an upset and manager Francesco Guidolin has a fully-fit squad to choose from.
