Paris Saint-Germain manager Laurent Blanc says the club's hierarchy will decide whether or not Serge Aurier has a future with the team.
The Ivorian right-back was indefinitely suspended by the French champions after he made homophobic slurs against Blanc and also insulted several of his team-mates, including star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, during a live Periscope session.
He has apologised, but PSG president Nasser al-Khelaifi has vowed that he "will not allow anyone to put the club in difficulty and distract us from our objectives".
And Al-Khelaifi and company are set to decide his future, according to Blanc.
"The club will take a decision, not the coach," he said.
"I will certainly have a conversation with him, but everyone will have to respect the decision made by the club. After that is handed down, we will know whether we can count on him for the remainder of the season."
