Luiz Adriano’s agent insists the forward is committed to AC Milan’s cause amid reports of an impending move to the Chinese Super League.
The Brazil international looked set to join Jiangsu Suning during the January transfer window, but he reportedly pulled out of the deal at the eleventh hour.
Adriano, who still has four-and-a-half years left on his Milan contract, continues to be linked with a switch to China, where clubs have until February 26 to make signings.
However, the 28-year-old is not looking to leave the San Siro any time soon, according to his advisor, Gilmar Veloz.
“I’m not aware of any new offers from China for Luiz Adriano,” Veloz told Calciomercato. “These are questions that should be put to the Rossoneri.
“We had the offer from Jiangsu, but you know how that ended, and I can’t speak about another offer.
“We don’t intend to find another club. Luiz Adriano is tied to Milan on a long contract and he’s happy. Any negations would be totally down to Milan, but I repeat: I know nothing.”
