Bayern München midfielder Franck Ribery could be set for another spell on the sidelines after he reportedly aggravated his ankle injury while training.
Ribery has not turned out for the Bavarians since injuring his ankle during a Champions League match against Shakhtar Donetsk in March.
The 32-year-old returned to light training on Thursday, but was dealt yet another injury setback when he was forced off after just 17 minutes, having hurt his ankle during a running session.
With Ribery sidelined, Bayern secured the services of Shakhtar winger Douglas Costa in July on a five-year deal worth €30 million. The 25-year-old Brazilian has already had a big impact for Pep Guardiola's side having scored twice and recorded 11 assists in 13 matches thus far.
