Michel disappointed by defeat

Marseille manager Michel has expressed his disappointment following the club's 3-2 Europa League defeat to Braga on Thursday night.

Les Phoceens came from two goals down to draw level with five minutes remaining in their Group F clash at Estadio AXA in Braga, but Alan's goal in the dying embers condemned the Ligue 1 club to their fourth defeat in their last five matches in all competitions.

The loss means they are now in third place in their group, six points behind their Portuguese counterparts and Michel has called on the squad to bounce back when they travel to Lille at the weekend.

"We're disappointed, we're angry," Michel told the club's official website after the game.

"It was a good first half but the second one was even better. We failed to stand out. We train every week and the idea is to play, to win.

"Many things happened against us but we will continue and move forward. We're going to get there."
