Paris Saint-Germain defender Maxwell believes young, aspiring footballers need only look to Zlatan Ibrahimovic's attitude and commitment as inspiration to succeed in the sport.
The Sweden international is widely regarded as one of the most talented, and precocious forwards in world football, with his 12 league titles across five of Europe's biggest divisions testament to his abilities.
And, Maxwell has revealed the Swede's attitude in training is just as committed, something he feels rising stars need to emulate in order to achieve success.
"It's not an easy situation for the young guys because they don't play much," he told Goal. "But football goes very quickly.
"I hope that all our youngsters continue to be exemplary. They can use Ibrahimovic as an example – he works and trains each day like it was his first.
"Zlatan's story speaks for itself, and so does his career. He has always been decisive and it continues to be that way in Paris."
