Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton says manager Tim Sherwood has the full backing of the club's players despite their 2-1 defeat to Swansea on Saturday.
The defeat at Villa Park, the club's eight of the season has seen Sherwood's side drop further into relegation trouble and the Villans now sit in 19th place after the first 10 games of the Premier League campaign.
Six league defeats in a row means Sherwood is now under immense pressure to pull the club out of their slump, and Hutton insists the squad are not giving up on the former Spurs manager just yet.
"Everyone is behind the manager 100 per cent," he told the Brimingham Mail.
"We need to turn this around. We're behind him and everyone is pushing in the same way. We're working hard and training hard and hopefully we'll improve.
"We want to do well. There's no easy games and we know what we have to do."
