John Anthony Brooks believes the best is yet to come from Hertha Berlin as they vie for a Champions League qualification spot this season.
Die Alte Dame finished 15th in the Bundesliga last term, but Pal Dardai has surprisingly led them into third position after 19 games played in the new campaign.
Hertha are currently on a five-game unbeaten run stretching back to the latter end of the first half of the season, but Brooks believes there is more to come from the club.
"Together we've got a lot ahead of us," he told the Bundesliga's official website. "What we've managed to achieve this season is proof that we've got a lot of potential.
"All of us can continue developing to ensure that we're even better in the future. I want to work towards that, throw everything in the mix and play my part.
"I just want to keep moving forward with these guys – I'm looking forward to doing that."
