Chelsea and West Brom have both been fined by the Football Association for failing to "ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion".
The Blues have been fined £65,000 while the Baggies' fine is £35,000, a statement by the FA confirmed.
The heated match in question, which took place earlier this month, saw West Brom twice come from behind to earn a point at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea's Diego Costa was involved in a confrontation with West Brom's Claudio Yacob in one of several lively moments during the game.
Following the match, Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink was left angered by Anthony Taylor's refereeing performance.
"I told [fourth official Jon Moss]: 'This is one of the worst referees of the Premier League I have experienced'," Hiddink said at his post-match press conference.
"He said to me 'you haven't seen me yet', which was a beautiful remark I think," he added.
